F.Y.I.

Here's a little tidbit for you: Fervently jumping on a trampoline after bearing 4 children yields less than stellar bladder control. Even if you just went.
T.M.I.? Perhaps. But I am willing to make this sacrifice for the greater good. Don't say I didn't warn you.

I'm glad for the warning. Thanks.

P.S. Sorry you had to be the one to find this out for us all. :)

We got our big trampoline after baby #6 for me and I LOVE to jump but sadly for your reasons, it must be short jumps!

I find skipping and gunny sack races particularly hard on the old beat up bladder as well!

ROFL. We got our trampoline a couple years ago and I soon realized exactly what your talking about.

Last time I jumped on a trampoline I broke my arm so I'm just going to take your word for it.

You know this post was right up my alley, right?

So...I'm really going to miss you in Vegas. I'll give you next years date and hope you can make it then. Maybe we'll have to do one in the spring too!

I avoid jumping on the trampoline at all costs! I am way too old for all that cardio! Abby makes it look so easy and fun though.

Sadly, I already knew about that, for me personally anyway. And I only have 3 kids. Is there no cure???
